Huyck Preserve and Biological Research Station Housing and Fees

Eldridge Research Center
This 6000 square foot facility includes wet and dry lab spaces, classroom and conference room spaces, several office spaces and a full basement.

Lincoln Pond Cottage
LPC sits next to the Eldridge Research Center and its’ back porch boasts stunning views of the wildlife and scenery of Lincoln Pond.  The two story building includes four bedrooms, 1 ½  baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room. Accommodates up to 12 people.

Bullfrog Camp (BFC)
BFC is nestled behind the Eldridge Research Center, overlooking lovely Lincoln pond from the West side.  The newly renovated building includes a large fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area.  Attached are three cabins each equipped with four bunk beds for sleeping accommodating up to 12 people.  Next to BFC is a bathhouse with three private showers.    

Birdhouse and Horse Cabin (located near BFC)
Birdhouse accommodates 2-3 people and includes a simple kitchen and shower. Horse Cabin can accommodate 2 people. These cabins shared the bathhouse with BFC.

Research Station Fees

Station fees includes research access to the 2000 acre Huyck Preserve property, work table and daily storage.
