Newsletter Image Submission
We’re looking for beautiful photos taken by friends of the Huyck Preserve to include in our Spring 2023 Myosotis Messenger newsletter. Send us your best photos from this year’s winter or a previous year’s spring for a chance to be featured!
One entry will be chosen for the cover and the winning cover image will receive a Hike the Huyck car magnet.
Other images may be selected for the inside of the newsletter.
Subject matter may include landscapes, wildlife, hiking, swimming, or something else! Submissions are not limited to only photography. Images of paintings or drawings depicting scenes from the Huyck Preserve, or other artwork related to the Preserve are also accepted.

- Entries limited to three images per person.
- Photos must be submitted before 4 PM on March 17, 2023 to be considered.
- Files names should include the subject matter and your full name. Example: “Waterfall_JohnDoe.jpg”

Trouble submitting through the form? Submissions can also be emailed directly to info@huyckpreserve.org.
Please title emails "Spring 2023 Newsletter Photo Submission." The location, subject, and date the photo was taken should be included in the body of the email.
Example:
Email title: Spring 2023 Newsletter Photo Submission
Email body: Lincoln Pond, Beaver Dam, 1/2/2023
File attachment: “Waterfall_JohnDoe.jpg”
It is preferred that files be submitted in a .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .tif format.
