There is no better classroom than the outdoors! In our homeschool program, we lead children on a hands-on exploration of the Huyck Preserve's forests, streams, and ponds. This program focuses on building ecological understanding through observation, investigation, and documentation of our discoveries, while encouraging creativity through nature art and play.
Designed for homeschool families, children ages 3-12.
Caregivers may stay with the class but are not required to stay. Please indicate your plans on the registration form.
Focused lessons will be created based on the age range of students to meet the needs of all participants.

Dates: October 16, October 30, November 6, November 20 Time: 9:30-11:30am Cost for entire four class season: $55 per student members, $85 per student nonmembers 12 students needed to run the program.
